The strawberrie, star of summer
Gourmet summer delight, strawberries can be enjoyed in a variety of ways.
In tarts, salads, sorbets, syrups or homemade jams, as Marion likes to do! Strawberry jam is France's favorite. To make it, you need strawberries, sugar and a lemon.
Clean the fruit, cut into small pieces and macerate in sugar and lemon juice for several hours. Bring to the boil for 15-20 minutes, stirring regularly. Taste before removing the mixture from the heat. Skim the jam, place in jars and leave to cool.
Excellent for your health, strawberries are hydrating, low in calories, antioxidant and rich in vitamin C. In short, strawberries can be enjoyed all summer long ☀️
