When he found out he only had a few days to live, he chose to leave his fortune, which consisted of 2,100 bottles of wine, to his brother by hiding it in four different parts of France. Unfortunately, life did not let him finish his task.
Today, it seems that a single and last bottle worth a price in gold is still hidden somewhere on the Poncié Estate.
